By accessing the services provided by Mass Tech Innovation or entering into a Statement of Work (SOW), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you possess the requisite authority to bind that entity.
All custom development projects are executed in agile iterations (sprints). Milestones are subject to client demonstration and acceptance testing in accordance with agreed-upon technical criteria.
Upon complete settlement of milestone invoices, 100% of the intellectual property rights, source repositories, documentation, and database schemas created exclusively for the client shall transfer irrevocably to the client.
Both parties agree to hold all proprietary trade secrets, unreleased features, model weights, and business logic in strict confidence, preserving confidentiality beyond project completion.
